"Non- Fried" Chicken
I was really craving fried chicken minus the grease and I stumbled upon this recipe. Not only was it the easiest thing I’ve ever made but it was also better than any deep fried chicken I’ve had. I used 1/6 teaspoon of salt instead of 2 teaspoons, Used Extra virgin olive oil and whole wheat bread crumbs. It was bomb.

Healthy Peach "Cobbler"
I haven’t baked anything in a really long time and I decided I should give baking another try since it is my day off and all. I found this recipe and had to try it. It smells delicious. But first I have to try the “non fried chicken” I just made. =)
